Every time I go to Big Peckers, it's usually pretty late in the evening, but they are always accommodating, especially the cooks, who keep things running smoothly no matter how busy it gets. I highly recommend the crab dip, it’s a must-try! Sitting on the deck is a great way to people-watch, especially as the night winds down and the atmosphere gets lively. The staff is fantastic, funny, easygoing, and always up for some good banter. They actually get sarcasm and humor, which is hard to find these days! If you're looking for a fun, laid-back spot with great food and even better vibes, this is the place to be.
Food was great and reasonably priced! We sat outside on the swinging tables, my youngest loved it! The waitress was friendly and timely with drinks and boxes. This was my second time here but a first for my husband and boys. They agreed to return when we vacation in the area.
Excellent Burgers Love the crispy, yummy fries too! Good price for portion Some awesome burger creations. Mac N' Cheese Burger was huge! So was BBQ Bacon, Onion Ring Burger (I had to remove bun top & cut with knife & fork) Still DELISH This is our go-to for burgers
Had an early dinner here. Sat outside on the patio on a beautiful evening. Food was good and waitress was attentive. We ordered onion rings, chicken fingers, bbq pork tacos and an Italian chicken sub. Strawberry daiquiris were okay. Everything was cooked well and came out very quickly. Definitely enough to eat. The only down side was the flies were out in full force and were very bothersome.
Anne T was our server. She was pleasant and prompt. Appetizers and food were out quickly. Drinks never emptied. We chose to sit outside in their unique outdoor seating area. It was noisy due to being located right on Coastal highway, but we were still able to chat. The stand out had to be the crab dip...everything was good though. Small souvenir shop (Cash only) prices were reasonable all around. Would go back.
For in season this place was super busy. Had a 25 minute wait to get in but was well worth it. Waitress was excellent and accommodating. We asked for kids stuff to come out asap cause it was late and they did just that. We ordered bunch of things and all shared. Food was delicious!! Will definitely be going back.
The food was great so good ! The chairs outside can MOVE !!! So cool ! You can choose outside or inside. The service was a little slow ... but good ! Kid friendly they played some good songs inside and outside ! Also the bathrooms wasn’t to clean or roomy but at least there was bathrooms ! Also for kids I recommend chicken tenders and for adults I recommend a bacon cheeseburger !
I had beef burrito that was twice what I could eat. It was great. Wife and daughter both had burgers and both said they were great. Waitress had problems with English but had great attitude and energy. Place was clean. The seats were a giant swing and were a little Shaky but no problem. I did not use restroom so I have no Info there. All in all a great experience.
